Dataminers Find References To Jobs For Neighbors In The Animal Crossing: New Horizons Code

Dataminers inform us of another recent finding by the in the game code. They have recently been diving into the latest update of the title and, after detecting changes in the weather, it seems that they have also found news related to the neighbors.

These are the details offered:

  • New allocations of certain clothing items have been found for neighbors. They are as follows:
  • All the neighbors have been assigned the possibility of wearing the nurses gown and the nurses cap on their own
  • All the neighbors have been assigned the possibility of wearing the nurses jacket by themselves
  • Both genders have been assigned the possibility of wearing the doctors gown on their own
  • All athletic and grumpy neighbors have been assigned the ability to wear their after-school jacket on their own
  • All lazy and snobbish neighbors have been assigned the ability to wear the sailor shirt, which resembles a school uniform on their own

With this, it is concluded that perhaps in the future the neighbors will acquire professions related to the hospital and the school. We will have to be attentive to more details to see if it finally ends up happening like this.

The game still has countless players and dedicated communities, but players desperately need new content. US President Doug Bowsers Nintendo promises that there will be new cross-border animals, but it is unknown when.

What Rewards Do You Get From Amiibo

Animal Crossing Amiibo Cards Are Coming Back For New ...

The way the game is altered depends on the amiibo itself, as some have greater use than others. You can find the full list of compatible amiibos, which numbers into the hundreds, over here at the official site.

The biggest use is that many amiibos can have the corresponding character show up in your Campsite, allowing you then to invite them to live on your island. This doesn’t apply to all amiibo though, and special characters such as Isabelle or KK Slider tend to be the exception, sadly. However, you can still invite them to your photoshoots, as mentioned above, and you can also unlock special posters of those characters by scanning them, which will then be available to buy at the Nook Stop shopping section for 1000 bells each.

To make things easier, we’ve broken down the various series of Animal Crossing Amiibo below to tell you what they’re collectively capable of and how they change the game. Remember to use the above link to see where you can get these amiibo and what they look like.

What Can You Do At Harvey’s Island Villager Photopia

If you’ve played Animal Crossing: New Leaf, you might recall a hippy dog named Harvey as one of the particular villagers. After a few days of playing in New Horizons, this dog will randomly appear on your island. Make sure you talk to him, and he’ll invite you to visit his island home. The awesome thing is that the airport allows you to fly to him for free. No Nook Miles Tickets required.

Instead of foraging for materials, bugs, and fish, Harvey’s island only lets you walk into Harvey’s house. Once inside, you’ll be able to set up a scene in one of his rooms and take pictures with your favorite villagers. That is, as long as you have that villager on your island or have a corresponding amiibo to invite them with. You can place different furniture, change the lighting in the room, and position your favorite Animal Crossing villagers in various locations before taking pictures with them. You can have up to 10 animal villagers in one room at a time.

However, it should be noted that not every amiibo works with New Horizons. So far, the game has warned me that Digby and Resetti can’t be invited to Photopia. This had also been the case for Reese, Cyrus, and Rover up until another update arrived. I’m guessing that any amiibo figures that currently don’t work with New Horizons will be usable once future updates are released.

The campsite.

You unlock the campsite as part of Animal Crossing New Horizons Story, where you upgrade the island and unlock more parts of it at the beginning of the game. The campsite is unlocked right after you upgrade Resident Services to a full-fledged building.

To bring an amiibo to the campsite, you must:

  • Build the campsite
  • Go to the Nook Stop, select Invite Amiibo Camper
  • Scan in the amiibo using the Right Joy-Con or equivalent controller
  • That villager will then visit your campsite. You must then go to the campsite and, over the course of the next few days, convince them to live at your island by doing tasks for them. You will need to scan them in every day for 3 days minimum.

Bear in mind that when inviting a camper to become a villager, youll need to make sure you have less than 10 villagers, and that an open plot for a home has been built and lays dormant. I recommend buying this plot on the same day that you scan in the amiibo the first time. It takes one day to build the plot, and that gives you a one-day cushion in case you miss a day of scanning in the amiibo.

Convincing The Amiibo Visitor To Move To Your Island

Asking the amiibo character to visit your island once wont convince them to move. Instead, you must invite them to the campsite several times and complete numerous DIY recipe requests in order to finally convince them to move in.

The visitor will ask for several DIY recipes, which is great because you can potentially add more DIY recipes to your collection! If they request a DIY recipe that you dont have unlocked, dont fretthey will give you the recipe for free.

You have until the next morning to give the visitor the DIY recipe theyve requested. After youve made the DIY recipe, return to the campsite and hand it over.

The visitor will thank and reward you with a gift. If you talk to them more, you might be able to ask them to move in. However, they will not accept an invitation to your island unless youve invited them to the campsite several timesthis could take anywhere between two and three days.

The amiibo character will leave the next morning, but you can invite them back as many times as you like. After a few days of inviting the amiibo character to your website and fulfilling their crafting requests, they will be ready to speak to Resident Services.

Once theyve accepted your invitation, the amiibo character will move to your island. If you have open land available, they will begin moving the very next day. However, if your island is full, you can choose which resident on your island youd like to replace the amiibo character with.
