How Many Games Can You Store On Switch Oled
Well, that totally depends on the size of the game! A whole load of small ones, a select bunch of mid-sized games, one or two massive games, or more likely a mix. How long’s a piece of string?
We can give you an idea, though. A game like Witcher 3, for example, is currently occupying 31.3GB on the Micro SD inside our regular Switch. This game and others like it are so large that they wouldn’t fit on the internal memory of a regular Switch or Switch Lite, but Switch OLED’s expanded storage means that they will fit on the new console. Well, at least one of them will!
Of course, not all games are as chunky as the examples above. Here’s a small list of a a dozen popular games currently sitting on our Switch and the amount of storage space they occupy:
Animal Crossing New Horizons Should Be About 62gb
What are we waiting for to yell loud enough for Nintendo to listen to us like they did with Mario Maker?
No Savegame on the cartridge. No Cloud Backup. Unable to transfer his data. You have to reset the system. You lose everything.
It’s inconceivable that we don’t have any way to keep a backup safe in case of failure.
If we later bought a Switch Pro, we couldn’t even transfer the backup?
Let’s be serious, we’re regressing here. We have to get Nintendo to listen to us and come up with a solution.
Lets be honest, Nintendo aren’t going to listen, they’ve done this exact same thing with Splatoon 2 and Pokemon, people got angry, but in the end nothing happened, the only solution you have is homebrew and backup the save data manually
If we later bought a Switch Pro, we couldn’t even transfer the backup?
As another commenter pointed out, that’s not true. I’d you bought a Switch Pro or whatever you could use the basic system transfer tool to transfer your saves for Animal Crossing or Splatoon to a new Switch.
I don’t get why people complain about this so much because it’s extremely obvious people would exploit the feature to duplicate money and items.
The only real way to save data securely would be having all save data online, similar to Pocket Camp. But even then you can’t satisfy everyone as that idea gets downvoted hard when it’s brought up.
Great Game Nintendo Know How To Make F2p
All in all it’s great , its animal crossing as for paying actual money to get stuff done without the wait in no way hinders the experience. Anyone who played previous games knows patience is part of the game and that time was used doing fishing bugs other minor tasks. I would like one addition. Apple Watch compatible for telling you how projects are progressing and other pop up notifications, just be a nice touch is all far from required. How mobile apps should be made. Nintendo standard is second to noneEdit ; people complaining that it’s s cut back dumbed down version aren’t completely wrong, but with that said this is what it was meant to be , it’s a app to welcome newcomers and to have short blasts, I know I’ve go no interest in sinking over 500hrs into a mobile app like I did new leaf , it’s a different market , nintendo won’t release actual games on mobile platforms because that’s why the console is there, mobile is its own thing and they are making fun apps to reel in new fans and still make a decent game out of their popular ip’s , original content. And compared with most free to play games it’s not long until you can’t proceed and constant 3rd party adverts, so far nintendo hasn’t forced either

Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ Download Size Revealed
Next month, the highly-anticipated Animal Crossing: New Horizons will finally arrive on Nintendo Switch. While there are a handful of incentives for players that wish to purchase the game from brick-and-mortar stores, those who plan on buying the game digitally will be happy to know that the game’s download size has been revealed, thanks to a German download card leaked online. Players will need 6.2GB of free space on their Switch in order to download the title. Of course, given the fact that Animal Crossing games often encourage quick play sessions, New Horizons actually makes quite a bit of sense as a digital purchase; it makes it easier to check in on your new island before jumping right into a battle in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, to be sure!
That 6.2 GB download size is actually a bit bigger for a major Nintendo release, putting it ahead of titles like Super Mario Odyssey, and Kirby: Star Allies, but still well below The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The download card also revealed that fans can expect Amiibo support to return to the franchise in some form. At this time, it’s not known in what capacity; Nintendo previously released a number of popular characters from the franchise in the form of Amiibo figures, but a number of Animal Crossing Amiibo cards were also released. Whether or not these will offer similar functionality to Animal Crossing: New Leaf remains to be seen.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons Has A 62 Gb File Size
After releasing details about Animal Crossing: New Horizons multiplayer, new details about the games file size and save data transfers have released. According to the back of the;games German download card,;players wont be allowed to transfer save data from one Nintendo Switch console to another. This information was found through the sub Reddit r/Nintendo Switch by Rocco_Morrashow. The file size of the game is also apparently 6.2 GB but it will have endless replayability. Animal Crossing: New Horizons releases exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on March 20th, 2020.
With the combination of lacking cloud save support and;save data transfers ensures that Nintendos promise of one New Horizons island per Nintendo Switch console is realized. The problem with not allowing either is that fans who own a standard Nintendo Switch and the Switch Lite wont be able to bring their island to both consoles. The biggest issue with a game like Animal Crossing: New Horizons lacking cloud saves is the potential of losing dozens, or even hundreds, of hours of progress should something go wrong with the console.
Are you upset that New Horizons wont feature cloud saves or save data transfers? Will you prefer to play the game on the go or at home on the big screen? Let us know in the comments below!

How To Catch Giant Isopod In Animal Crossing New Horizons
Catching a giant isopod in Animal Crossing New Horizons is difficult thanks to it being a fast sea creature.
You can try to catch a giant isopod in Animal Crossing New Horizons by diving and smashing the A button to swim faster, but this never works and people have had more luck by following the same strategy used for bugs.
Rather than swimming quickly towards a set of bubbles, players have had luck by swimming up to bubbles normally without pressing A.
When on top of the bubbles, all you need to then is dive underwater and pick up the sea creature. The shadow size for a giant isopod is large.
Aside from sneaking up on sea creatures, you can also try to catch a giant isopod and others by swimming after and forcing them up against the fence or into a corner.
