If you’ve played Miitomo, Super Mario Run, Fire Emblem Heroes, or any game on a Nintendo device, its likely you have a Nintendo account. When you first start the game, you’ll be asked to sign in to your Nintendo Account or Nintendo Network ID. This is the only way to save your game data, so be sure to sign in. If you don’t have a Nintendo account. Now is the time to get one. You can follow the on-screen instructions to create a Nintendo account before starting the game.
How To Edit Your Appearance In Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp
Remember all those old cartoons where the characters wore the same clothes every episode? For instance, did the Scooby-Doo gang not even have closets with other outfits? Yeah, you dont want your Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp character to suffer that fate.
Theres no need for it either, as the game provides you with the opportunity to change tops, bottoms, shoes and even socks, plus allows your avatar to get a cool hat or two as well. It would almost be rude not to take advantage of those opportunities for customization.
So lets make sure we dont. Changing clothes is simple, as you simply tap on the Items icon on the bottom nav bar and then tap on the shirt icon to bring up the My Clothes screen.
But lets say you want to make changes to your appearance that are more than just wardrobe-deep. You can also make a whole new you by changing the hair, eye and skin color setting you picked when you first started playing Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.
To do so, tap the More option in the bottom nav, then tap Settings and the wrench icon. Here youll see a pop-up window with a big button in the middle labeled Edit Character. Tapping on that brings up the following screen:
As you can see, you can change your hairstyle, eye shape and the colors of your hair, eyes and skin. Thats a lot of options, and unlike many mobile games, Animal Crossing lets you change any or all of them for free.
How To Change Your Hairstyle
Talk to Harriet and pay to have her change your hairstyle. Sit in the styling chair and Harriet will ask you a series of questions.Your answers determine the hairstyle that she gives you. The following chart displays the hairstyles you can get for your character based on your answers to Harriet’s questions.Note: You can only get your hairstyle changed once per day.

Opposite Gender Hairstyle
After Harriet has changed your hairstyle fifteen times, Harriet might offer togive you an opposite gender hairstyle.
Messy Hairstyle
If you don’t play your game for fifteen days, your character will automaticallyhave a “messy” hairstyle. You can fix it by going back to Shampoodle andgetting a new hairstyle. If you have the Beautiful Town ordinance in place,it will take longer for your hair to become the messy style.

How Can I Receive Monthly Benefits From The Pocket Camp Club
This benefit will be distributed once per calendar month only. You can accept this benefit by tapping the Present icon during the period between 11:00 p.m. PT on the last of the month and 11:00 p.m. PT on the last of the following month. Please be aware of when you joined this subscription plan. If you joined the plan near the end of the distribution period, you will have a shorter amount of time to receive the benefit. If you have not received your monthly benefit and log in after your plan’s validity period has ended, the Present icon will not display.
You can receive your benefits when you tap the Present icon right after joining.
From the second month on of your continued subscription for a plan, your benefits will be distributed at the set “base date” of 11:00 p.m. PT on the day following the day you joined.

If it has been fourteen days since you first changed your hairstyle with Harriet, you can ask Harriet to give you color contacts. Your answers to her questions change the color that you get. There are six possibleeye colors: black, brown, green, greenish-blue, blue, navy blue. The table below explains how to get the different eye colors.

Where To Get New Clothing In Animal Crossing Pocket Camp
Once you have completed the tutorial in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp, you can jump to the map and explore a variety of new areas nearby.
One of these is the Market Place to the left of your camp, which will be your primary source of new items for both your villager and your campsite.
In the middle of the market is Mabel, who will have several items of clothing on offer for you to purchase.
The options will cycle on a regular basis so if there’s nothing you like, come back later. If there is, tap it and select to purchase it, and it’ll be added to your inventory – provided you have enough Bells, of course.
As well as the Market Place, there are other ways to get new clothing in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp:
- Unique clothes given as a log in streak bonus
- Purchase second hand clothes from another player’s Market Box
- Reach a high enough Friendship level with an animal to get exclusive clothing
- Spend My Nintendo points to get exclusive clothing
There is also likely going to be more ways to earn clothing as the game receives seasonal updates. If you want to see all available clothing, then press the More button in the bottom right of the screen, then Catalog.

Changing the clothes is pretty easy. You start the game off with a number of different types of clothing. You can go to your items, then go to My Clothes, and you will be able to select anything else that you have in your bag.
You can also use the tabs to look at clothing by its type instead of viewing all of it at once.

How Do I Change My Hair In Animal Crossing
In order for players to change their hairstyles in-game, they will need to gain access to a mirror. This will unlock the character customization menu which will allow players to change their hairstyle, hair color, facial features, and gender. Any mirror or vanity will allow players to change their appearance.

Upon arriving at the marketplace, you will find just left of you a few clothing items on sale from the Able Sisters. If theres one you are interested in, walk up to it and purchase it with the required bells. Unfortunately, there can only be a few clothing items on sale at one time, so you may have to wait a bit to find something you like.
The clothes at the marketplace rotate every few hours, so check your map to see what the countdown currently says. If there are any unwanted clothes you have, speak to Mabel and you can sell them to her for bells. To equip your new clothes, select items on the bottom menu, then the second tab that looks like a shirt, and you can equip as you please from there.

Once youve beat the tutorial and have the entire map opened up, you are able to change your clothes. To do this, you first need some new kicks to change into. You can purchase new clothes from the marketplace area. To get there, simply open up your map and select the place directly west of your campsite.

Animal Crossing Pocket Camp: Check Out Harriet’s Salon Station
This premium item will allow you to talk to Harriet at your campsite or cabin.
Harriet the poodle may be missing from Animal Crossing: New Horizons , but shes just shown up in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp as part of a premium item that you can now purchase for your account.
Harriets Salon Station costs 300 Leaf Tickets to purchase, and it will be crafted instantly if you decide to buy it. Once you place this item at your campsite or cabin, Harriet will appear next to it for you to talk to.
Harriet can say lots of different phrases, though its possible youll see phrases multiple times if youre trying to find them all.
