Sell Dream Bell Exchange Tickets

Animal Crossing New Leaf – How To Get Easy Bells

Animal Crossing‘s August 2020 update introduced dream islands, which allow you to capture your island as a static dream. Players can visit via a Dream Address without the ability to affect anything on the island. Nothing saves at the end of the dream visit, so there’s no fear of vandalization.

Luna, the anteater in charge of dream islands, will reward you with Dream Bell exchange tickets in the mail if you visit dream islands frequently. These work the same as the aforementioned Bell Vouchers from the Nook Miles kiosk. However, at 5,000 bells a piece, these tickets rake in a bit more cash.

Prioritize Getting A Shovel And Get Digging

Luckily, you’ll be able to craft a shovel relatively quickly and painlessly in NH. It’s simply a matter of waiting for a day and getting Blathers to set up shop on your island, which is triggered after you’ve assembled a Flimsy Fishing Rod and a Flimsy Net. You’ll then simply need to nab five bugs or fish and bring them to Tom Nook.

Once you’ve gotten this valuable tool, you can go to work on digging up coveted goods and planting things that can pay off after playing the waiting game. You’ll want to be on the lookout for things like fossils to sell to Timmy in the Resident Services building, and you can also use it to mine precious materials from stone.

Find And Grow Perfect Fruit

Perfect fruit looks especially lush and tantalizing, and one piece is worth 600 bells. You can plant perfect fruit to grow a tree full of perfect fruit, but perfect fruit trees are fragile, and they need to be re-planted after theyve been harvested. You can take home a non-local piece of perfect fruit from a friends town and sell it for 3,000 bells, but you unfortunately cant grow non-local perfect fruit trees.

Risk The Turnip Trade

Animal Crossing: New Leaf

Once youve met Daisy Mae, youll have the chance to take part in the turnip trade in Animal Crossing: New Horizons . Every Sunday this adorable salespig will show up, offering as many turnips as you can spend your bells on. The catch is that the price she sells at change each week. even more risky, the value turnips have when sold to Timmy and Tommy change twice every single day. Timmy and Tommy reset their Turnip prices at midday and at midnight . They might be worth much less than you bought them for, or much more. You cant keep turnips in storage, and one week after you buy them, turnips will spoil.

Basically, you need to buy your turnips from Daisy Mae, then check Timmy and Tommys shop regularly throughout the week in the hopes that youll be able to sell them for a profit. Basically theyre the stocks and shares of the Animal Crossing world. Good luck, and we wish you the best of bells.

Animal Crossing Life Hacks

There are many life hacks in Animal Crossing New Leaf that may not be the quickest get-rich methods but there are a few awesome tips you can do in your town to provide some extra and residual income.

  • Improving the relationship with your villagers as well as earning some extra cash with this method. Send letters to your villagers with gifts attached with your towns native fruit. You may get non-native fruit back and can plant the seeds and eventually sell them for bells.
  • Planting a money tree in your town can be a good way to make money although it isnt for certain how much you will make due to the success rate of the tree. A good amount to bury is 50,000 bells for a 50% chance profit success rate.

Animal Crossing: New Leaf – How To Get 400k Bells Quickly

Youâll need Bells to pay for all manner of things while building up your island in Animal Crossing New Horizons.

Guideby Jake Green, Guides Editor

Bells return as the primary currency in Animal Crossing New Horizons. They are needed to pay off the various loans youâll get from Nook Inc., and to purchase certain items. Thereâs a wide range of methods of earning Bells, some being a lot faster than others. In this guide weâll show you the best and fastest ways to make Bells while playing. Letâs get started.

Take Up A Part Time Job

Ever find yourself in need of a few extra Bells? You can actually take on a part time job in Animal Crossing New Leaf, but only at Brewster’s Cafe.

After purchasing 8 cups of coffee, you’ll be offered a job at Brewster’s Cafe. While you’re working in your part time job, there’ll be characters that you need to sell the correct type of coffee to, based on the hints that they give. Based on your performance, Brewster will give you a bag of coffee beans which vary in quality, which you can then sell on for as much as 2,000 Bells.

Best Way To Earn Bells Turnip Exchange

Of course its turnips, I hear you all say. But wait, listen. You can obviously buy turnips and then sell them at your own island or other peoples islands. Those 100 Bell turnips can sell for three to five times the amount you purchased them for. You can easily turn 500,000 Bells into 1.5 million Bells with enough patience. If you dont know anyone, head on over to Turnip Exchange and join one of the queues. People will usually charge you something in return like Nook Miles Tickets or Bells, but its usually worth the wait.

But thats not the focus of this section. The real way to earn huge amounts of cash is to be the one who has the island with a high turnip value. Just last week my Nooks Cranny was taking turnips for 540 Bells each! And while I did earn a cool million Bells off of selling my turnips, I made another 7 million by making my island available for others to visit.

If youre nervous about what to expect, heres how it works:

  • Choose to Host a session.
  • Open your island and enter the Dodo Code.
  • Define your native fruit.
  • Enter your time and island hemisphere.
  • Put in relevant info such as what you want in return.
  • If your turnip prices are high enough, its not unreasonable to ask for 99,000 or 198,000 Bells . You can also ask for various resources like wood, furniture, or Nook Miles Tickets.

Harvest Tarantulas On A Nook Miles Island

If you dont suffer from arachnophobia, harvesting tarantulas is reportedly a fantastic way to build cast quantities of Bells. It involves visiting random islands using your Nook Miles and either landing randomly on the Tarantula Island template, or gaming the system and transforming any old Mystery Island to cause tarantulas to spawn in vast quantities.

Despite Nintendo changing bug spawn rates, you can head to a Nook Miles island at night and, with a little elbow grease, create a horde of the furry arachnids by ridding the island of virtually everything except a few flowers. This works thanks to the way the game generates the ecosystems of the smaller islands. Having tried ourselves we can confirm it works just fine, and after half an hours work we had an island of Tarantulas to ourselves.

    Earning Bells In Town

    Animal Crossing: New Leaf
  • 1Find the ore rock and the money rock. When you continue on your profile for New Leaf, there is always a money rock and an ore rock.
  • Hit all of the rocks in town with your shovel or axe. Try to memorize where each rock is, so you can easily find the fake ore rock. One of the existing rocks in town will be the money rock. You will know you have hit the money rock if the rock moves when you hit it and bells come out.
  • If you happen to be lucky, the money rock will give you ore instead of bells which you can sell for more. This will only happen if you have a silver or golden shovel.
  • Emeralds, amethysts, sapphires and rubies are worth 2,000 bells. Silver nuggets are worth 3,000 bells. Gold nuggets are worth 4,000 bells.
  • 2Collect all of the fruit in your town. Sell the fruit to Reese.
  • You can carry more fruit by planting an orchard. Find a big space and plant as many fruit trees as possible. When you harvest, drag the same types of fruit into one space in your inventory. The fruit will stack up. The stack will hold up to nine fruits.
  • 3Shake all of the non-fruit trees in town. Chances are that you might shake a tree and have some bells fall out! However, You can also shake out a beehive. To avoid being stung, use your net to catch a bee, or run into the nearest building. When you come out retrieve the beehive and sell it to Re-Tail.
  • These trees can also produce furniture.

    Follow The Stalk Market

If you talk to Reese at ReTail, she will tell you the current turnip prices for the day.

Jessica Marello, Fair Use: Animal Crossing: New Leaf

Every Sunday morning between 6 AM and 12 PM, Joan the boar sells turnips while walking around town. Monday to Saturday, you can sell the turnips back at ReTail, but the price fluctuates daily. The prices may follow a pattern, or they may not. Any turnips bought on Sunday will expire the following Sunday. Joan generally asks for 90 to 110 Bells per turnip.

Turnip prices change two times a daythey are one price when ReTail opens, and change again at 12 PM. Talk to Reese to ask about the turnip prices. If prices are low in your town, they may be high in a friends town. There are four different Stalk Market patternsdecreasing, big spike, small spike, and random pricebut no guarantees that you wont lose Bells.

    How To Spend Meow Coupons

animal crossing new leaf how to get tons of bells!!

There are three different ways to spend your hard-earned MEOW Coupons in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

The main use for the coupons is ordering items from a villager or special characters RV Trailer at Harveys Campground. When inside of a chracters RV Trailer, tap the Order button on the touch screen to bring up a list of items available to order. You can only order from this list using MEOW Coupons, so spend them wisely! Many of these items are only available from the RV Trailers.

A second use for spending MEOW Coupons is Harveys shop next to him at the Campground. Every day, like other shops in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Harvey will have new unique items available for purchase with MEOW Coupons. These items typically cost around five coupons each.

    Converting MEOW Coupons to Bells

Another option for spending MEOW Coupons is converting them to Animal Crossing: New Leafs main Bells currency. You can do this by using the ABD at the Post Office on Main Street. The conversion rate is approximately 3,000 Bells per MEOW Coupon exchanged. This option is not available on your first day in town.

Beware here are many items exclusively obtainable through MEOW Coupons and you can only earn the coupons through a couple methods, unlike bells which are earned easily anywhere in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. For this reason, we recommend against converting to bells unless you are absolutely sure you have no remaining use for your coupons and need bells.

    Travel And Explore Other Islands

There’s another key way in which Nook Miles can be useful, and can directly help you obtain more Bells quicker and more efficiently.

After you earn 2,000 Miles, you can purchase a Nook Miles Ticket, which will allow you to explore and forage a Mystery Island. This is a practice you’ll want to take on often, as the island is home to unique and rare varieties of critters and resources, as well as unique fruit. Be sure to clear out some space in your inventory, equipping yourself with the necessary tools – and happy hunting!

    How To Make Mega Bells

Fishing on the island can be a really lucrative way to earn money. Many sharks in the ocean can be sold for a very good price. Remember to fish at night though as these underwater creatures can only be found late at night.

    • The whale shark can be sold for 13,000 bells.
    • The hammerhead shark can be sold for 8,000 bells.
    • The saw shark can be sold for 12,000 bells.
    • The ocean sunfish can be sold for 4,000 bells.
