How To Tell If A Sea Creature Is Fast In Animal Crossing: New Horizons
Players who have just begun diving for sea creatures and who have not yet found them all at least once to enter in their encyclopedia typically wont be able to tell which shadows belong to fast sea creatures. Much like fish shadows, there is not much to denote whether a creature will be the quick Giant Isopod or the considerably slower Tiger Prawn apart from shadow size.
Players should approach any bubbles in the water as slowly as possible until they can more easily determine whether the shadow belongs to a faster or slower sea creature. This way, no matter what, they wont scare off a potentially valuable critter.

Whatever sea creatures you’re on the look-out for, this guide covers when to find them, how to catch them, and how much they sell for at Nook’s Cranny.
Compared to the big changes coming to your island’s fish and bug rosters in June, the depths of the ocean are relatively quiet this month: the Chambered Nautilus, Firefly Squid, and Lobster are the only forthcoming departures.
In terms of arrivals, there’s a few more familiar critters returning to the scene. For the first time in a while you can pick up Sea Grapes, Tiger Prawns, Mussels, Gazami Crabs, and Abalones during your freediving adventures. For anyone who’s been playing since the big sea swimming update last July, it surely feels like summer is on the cusp of returning now that your pockets are absolutely filled with sea grapes once again.

The Vaulting Pole Item In Animal Crossing New Horizons
In order to unlock the Vaulting Pole item, the player must first bring along Blathers on to their tropical island. Blathers is in charge of the Museum on the island, a location where the player can display the bugs and fish they collect while on the island. Blathers will provide the player with the Vaulting Pole item and the Shovel so they can go around and collect more bugs and fish to put on display on the planned museum opening. To bring Blathers onto the island, the player must go around the island and collect fish and bug and return them to Tom Nook. Tom Nook will then send every specimen the player provides to him to Blathers. One important thing to mention is the specimens given to Tom Nook must be unique bugs or fish. Providing Tom Nook with the same fish or bug will not trigger this event.

Best to dive when on top of bubbles
The best strategy for catching sea creatures is by diving when youre right on top or near the bubbles. Get near the sea creatures shadow, and youll automatically dive deeper to catch it!
If you dive too early and swim to the bubbles underwater, you might run out of air before you reach the sea creature!
Pocket is disabled, except when swapping
Access to your pocket is disabled while swimming, except when you catch a sea creature and your pocket is full.

When this happens, you will only be able to swap your newly-caught sea creature with another sea creature already in your pocket.
If you dont have other sea creatures already in your pocket, you will be forced to release your newly-caught sea creature.
If you dont need to swap a new sea creature, you wont be able to manually release sea creatures while swimming. You have to swim back to shore and exit the water to release unwanted sea creature.
Keep things simple by emptying your pocket
Before entering the ocean for sea creatures, we highly advise to clear your pocket to make space for sea creatures!

How To Get Sky Eggs For Animal Crossing Bunny Day
Perhaps the most challenging to find on account of their rarity, Sky Eggs will randomly appear in the Balloon Presents that float over your island. Normally, about every five to 10 minutes or so, a wrapped gift attached to a single colorful balloon will drift overhead. Theyâll appear from either the east or west and continue moving in the horizontal cardinal direction, with some slight veering to the north or south depending on the wind.
Depending on the location of the moon or sun, youâll be able to spot it first by recognizing the shadow it casts on the ground â and youâll also hear a pleasant but faint wooshing noise. Once you notice it, tilt your camera upwards to get a lock on its precise location, and move in front of its path. Shoot a pebble using your slingshot to pop the ballon, and thereâs a chance that a Sky Egg will be inside the wrapped gift. But there are also plenty of other goodies that you might get, including

Animal Crossing: New Horizons
When I first told my daughter that we were going to be able to swim in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, she got excited that we were going to be able to use that pool sitting on my in-game deck. Nope! Such things are confusing to explain to toddlers, but we persist. Regardless, swimming has arrived in the game as of an update late last night, giving us arguably the biggest gameplay update since the game launched. Lets get into how it works.
To swim, youre going to need a wetsuit. To get your first wetsuit, head on over to Nooks Cranny and look in the cabinet where you find tools, seeds and the like. You can buy one for 3,000 bells, and if you dont like it you can get more through Nook Shopping and likely other sources. Youll also get a snorkel mailed to you, but thats only for style.
After that, youll need to don the wetsuit and head out over to the edges of your island. Hit A to hop in the water, and then hit A to keep paddling around. Youre doing it! Thats the bulk of it, and when it comes to vibing, youre already there.
