Just remember that if you turn down the chance to give one of your villagers something, you might not be able to give them anything for the rest of the day.

More Eggs Spawn When Visiting Islands
During the Bunny Day event, whenever you use Nook Miles Tickets to visit a random island, you’ll find that the island has a ton of eggs hiding in the trees, rocks, ground, and water. Prepare yourself mentally for this because catching fish and getting materials isn’t going to be as easy. But if you go to these islands fully intending on bringing back eggs, then you’ll be able to craft some Bunny Day recipes and sell those trinkets at the Nook’s Cranny shop.
You’ll be able to find plenty of wood eggs, water eggs, and sky eggs while on your island, but it will be harder to come across stone eggs, leaf eggs, and earth eggs. The Nook Miles Ticket islands are great places to pick up these more elusive eggs.

How Do I Collect Eggs
Before you can exchange Eggs for gifts and use them for crafting you first need to find some. Zipper has hidden Eggs all over your island, and youll need to equip your character with a shovel, axe, fishing rod and slingshot to find some. There are a total of six types of eggs to find, and each type is exclusive to one specific location.
How To Get Stone Eggs For Animal Crossing Bunny Day
One of the most important daily tasks Animal Crossing: New Horizons players can engage in is whacking all of the rocks on their island to collect Clay, Stones, and the oh-so-vital Iron Nuggets. To many playersâ chagrin, Stone Eggs replace some of the loot you can get.
As always, the best thing you can do is position the rock in the center of a 3×3 grid. Dig holes, place objects, or use other obstacles on the outside of that grid. Why? Every time you strike the rock with your shovel, itâll knock you back just a smidge. If thereâs something behind you, it keeps you within striking range. That way, you can hit the rock eight times fast enough that eight distinct items will drop.
Not only is this the best way to get Iron Nuggets, but itâs also obviously the best way to get Stone Eggs.

How To Get Eggs
There are six egg types for players to find. Here’s what they are and how to get all of them.
- Leaf Eggs: A certain number of trees on your island will bear eggs instead of fruit, and you can shake the tree to earn 3 Leaf Eggs per tree
- Sky Eggs: In addition to regular Balloon Presents that blow into the island, there will also be Egg Balloons that blow in at a much faster rate and speed. Hitting them with a Slingshot will either produce a Sky Egg, or a Bunny Day Recipe.
- Water Eggs: Look around the sea and rivers for medium-sized shadows in the water, that will have a chance of fishing up an egg instead of a normal fish.
- Stone Eggs: Using a shovel or axe, strike a stone multiple times for the chance for eggs to pop out instead of normal resources found from striking stones.
- Wood Eggs: Using any type of axe , chop any tree – including palm trees – for a chance at getting eggs to come out instead of the normal types of wood.
- Earth Eggs: These eggs will be mixed in with fossils in the ground, sporting the same crack in the ground, and will be buried randomly over your island each day.
How To Get Bunny Day Eggs In Animal Crossing: New Horizons
How to collect leaf, stone, water, sky, earth, and wood eggs for Bunny Day in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
Bunny Day is an annual seasonal event in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This year, it begins on April 4. It’s an Easter-inspired event, so it’s no surprise that eggs factor heavily into its theme. While the basics are all outlined for you upon meeting Zipper, there are some details you might need to discover on your own. Below, we’ve detailed all six types of eggs and how to obtain each one. We’ve also explained what you’ll need to do with them.
The majority of the eggs require some type of tool, so you’ll want to have some materials on hand. In particular, from my experience, there are a ton of balloons out, so you’ll want to craft at least one slingshot to have on hand at all times so you don’t miss out on any.
|Wood eggs||Hitting trees with an axe|
Leaf eggs are specifically found in trees with eggs hanging on them, in the same way you’d obtain fruit. While you’re at a tree, make sure to swing your axe to chop wood–you’ll occasionally get a wood egg. This is the least apparent of the six types, although a kind villager might clue you in.
Water eggs can be gotten from fishing you’ll want to target the same fish-shaped silhouettes as usual. Sky eggs drop from popping special Bunny Day-colored balloons with a slingshot . Earth eggs are dug up from cracks with a shovel, just like fossils.

Best Things To Craft For Money
If youve unlocked all of these things and just want to turn it all into as much money as possible, you have your pick of the litter. All of the most valuable items to craft follow the same recipe: 2,400 Bells for one of each egg type. With that in mind, the benefit to crafting items that use more eggs is you dont have to craft and carry as many things. Just dont go crafting a Bunny Day Fence. Its worthless.
- 2,400 Bells Bunny Day Bed, Glowy Garland, Wreath, Rug, Bag, Crown
- 4,800 Bells Bunny Day Flooring, Wall, Arch, Egg Party Hat
- 7,200 Bells Egg Party Dress
- 9,600 Bells Zipper Toy
Craft And Pawn Those Eggs
On their own, the six different eggs that you can find around your island aren’t worth that much. You’ll only get 200 Bells per egg at Nook’s Cranny. However, if you craft a Bunny Day recipe and then sell that recipe to Timmy and Tommy, you’ll gain twice as many Bells for the number of eggs put into the recipe.
For example, you could sell three water eggs and get 600 Bells, or you could use these three eggs and craft them into the Bunny Day Stool, which sells for 1,200 Bells. So, instead of throwing those lucrative eggs away, craft them into those silly Bunny Day items and pawn them at Nook’s Cranny. Here’s a list of all of the Bunny Day recipes along with what they sell for.
